Offering bespoke installation and maintenance for site accommodation projects - the business seamlessly brings solutions from inception to completion for a variety of clients.
With an exciting road-map for 2025 and beyond, new investment and sustainable growth as the business rolls out its national plan, we need an organised leader to join the team as a Project Manager/Contract Delivery Manager to oversee the planning, execution and successful delivery of the site accommodation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead all project plans, including milestones and resource allocation - work collaboratively with the hire desk, yard operations, logistics and finance to ensure the business operates cohesively for all projects.
2. Conduct site assessments to fully understand the clients requirements, mitigate risks and challenges in advance.
3. Complete all risk assessments, method statements and relevant documents are completed with accuracy and promptly. Supervise works with internal team and contractors to ensure that all works are safe.
4. Maintain all quality standards, ISO requirements and H&S regulations to 100% compliance.
