Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Management: ● Act as the Managers support, ensuring the home aligns with our values and standards in their absence. ● Provide guidance and leadership to the team, aiding in their professional development and individual growth. ● Oversee colleague management, including appraisals, supervision, and training adherence. ● Manage health and safety protocols, risk assessments, and ensure all necessary training is completed. Also the role will include: ● Financial Management ● Environment Management ● Quality Assurance ● Professional Care Practice Qualifications and Experience: We require a Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce qualification for this role. You will need at least 1 years experience of Senior Support Work in a Childrens Residential setting.
