Proposed Interview Date: W/C 3rd February 2025 The role We are looking for an experienced resident liaison officer to work across the social housing decarbonisation project for SHDF wave 2 and 3. You will be liaising with residents, arranging initial surveys, informing them of works to be carried out and scheduling works to be installed. You will have ongoing communication with residents regarding queries or issues. Please note that although the office location is St Helens, the role will be based in Manchester. The right fit · Someone with either existing Resident Liaison or Housing Officer experience. · Excellent communication skills. · Ability to use IT software including email, excel and appointment booking software. · Must have experience within the social housing sector. · Willing to work and travel across the northwest region. · Driving licence is essential.
