About The Role Motability Operations are currently recruiting for a Customer Contact Centre Team Manager to join our team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to a Customer Service Manager the key responsibilities of this role are to lead and inspire a team of Customer Service Specialists. You will act as the customer champion to drive results and make things happen by planning, prioritising, coaching, and developing your team.
In this role, you will:
1. Manage individual and team performance against KPI's via regular performance reviews – offering continuous support, encouragement, and development
2. Encourage and promote the team to make their own decisions so they are motivated to do their best
3. Manage absence, performance and people processes in line with company policy
4. Support with recruitment for the Contact Centre
5. Work in partnership with the Floor Management team to have the right people in the right place at the right time to meet all our KPI’s
6. Develop future talent
7. Support and implement new and ongoing business initiatives
8. Work part of a Customer Contact Management Team with regular contact and open and honest communication
9. Embrace and manage change effectively by being open to new ideas and fresh approaches

Minimum criteria:
17. Experience of working in a Customer Contact Centre environment
18. Proven and consistent people management skills
19. In depth understanding of Customer Services
20. Good relationship building skills
21. Experience of communicating ideas and updates to different groups of people
