Business Development Manager Are you an experienced B2B sales professional with a passion for technology and a proven track record in bringing in new clients? We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on selling technical products and services to businesses in the North East of England.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full sales process, from identifying potential prospects to delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique business needs. Your expertise in consulting and relationship management will ensure clients receive the best value from our cutting-edge services and products.
Key Responsibilities :
Generate and nurture leads to expand our client base in the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales cycle.
Identify client needs and offer tailored technical solutions that add value to their business.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and technology trends to provide informed advice.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
Job Requirements :
At least 3 years of B2B sales experience.
Interest or background in IT and technology.
Proven track record of acquiring new customers and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, independently, and as part of a team.
Proficient in sales administration and comfortable with CRM tools and other software.
Full and clean driving licence.
