Company Background:
YH2 Capital International is a family office with an investment management focus and its capital is 100 percent contributed and owned by its founders. The family office is very unique as it encompasses investment management activities and philanthropy activities in the medical and education fields, all with novel and unconventional approaches. It is currently headquartered in Singapore.
The family office is now looking to open its London office and is looking for a dynamic and highly self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving and communication skills to spearhead this effort, be its office manager and to act as the executive assistant to the co-founders.
On the investment side, the Company employs a global and multidisciplinary approach for identifying disruptive trends for the next decade and picking the best-in-class businesses that can emerge as the dominant companies of the future. As a result of the owner’s approach and the conviction devoted to each investment, the Company maintains a concentrated portfolio and a solid track record. From its 2010 inception till now, the investment portfolio has achieved a compound annual return far outperforming S&P 500.
On the philanthropy side, the family office founded the Citrin Foundation, a non-profit organization that aims to find a cure for a rare disease, working with world-class scientists and clinicians globally with a groundbreaking approach. It also founded Cresconova Academy, a non-profit education platform that provides innovative education to students across the world, working with master teachers who wish to teach differently.

Job Summary:
To report to the co-founders and work closely with them to assist them in the running of a successful and growing family office and its philanthropic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle the Co-CEOs' administrative needs with discretion and confidentiality
* Assist the Co-CEOs so that they can increase their productivity and maximize their efficiency
* Any other duties as assigned by the Co-CEOs from time to time

* Strong problem solving skills with a can-do attitude
* Reliable, meticulous, organized, detailed oriented and fully committed
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Able to work independently with little supervision
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Good system thinker, flexible, highly committed and full of initiative
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion intelligently
* A degree holder or higher qualifications
* At least 4 years or more of solid working experience
