Corb Ltd are Facilities Maintenance Contractors, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance with commercial and retail clients across the UK.
We are recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join our existing maintenance team on a full-time, permanent basis. Please note this is a Mobile Maintenance role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine and reactive maintenance tasks, including emergency repairs, installation, testing, and PPM works, remedial works.
* Utilise the CAFM System BigChange to manage and document all maintenance activities, through accurate records of work completed and materials used.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
* Collaborate and communicate well with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and queries promptly.
* Participate in a 1 in 4 weekly on-call rota to provide emergency support.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
* Minimum NVQ Level 3.
* 18th Edition Regulations.
* IPAF.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel UK-wide.
* Ability to use digital CAFM systems (BigChange and other client portals such as Verisae). Training is provided for all systems if no previous experience.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Travel, Assets & Further Information:
This is a mobile maintenance position and therefore whilst we aim to keep each operative as near to home as possible, travel throughout your region is expected up to 2 hours. Further travel may be requested on rare occasions due to absences/emergencies.
On-call Rota 1 in 4, Monday – Monday. Bonus + overtime rate.
Assets include: A company vehicle, fuel card, tablet/PDA for completion of all paperwork, ladders, any testing equipment required, PPE, and uniform.
Please note: Operatives must provide their own hand and power tools for the role. Consumables and materials are provided as part of the role.
Salary is offered in the form of an hourly rate, only following a successful interview, and is based on qualifications, experience, and location.
