Job Description
3. Providing administrative support to the team to ensure efficient operations.
4. Managing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
5. Assisting in organising meetings, conferences, and team events.
6. Preparing reports, presentations, and other key documents.
7. Coordinating with various departments and external stakeholders.
8. Handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
9. Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
10. Supporting with additional tasks as required by the team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
11. Demonstratable experience in a simialr role ideally within the financial service or public sector.
12. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in MS Office
14. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
15. Experience of diary and email management along with minute taking.
