IT SUPPORT Technician / Engineer - Greater LURGAN area (33k benefits & Bonus) My client is a major local employer and one of the UK & Irelands leading manufacturers in their specific field. Due to further expansion, they have an opportunity for a permanent on-site Support engineer to join their team based out of their impressive LURGAN Head office. The role Providing technical support to users via helpdesk software, telephone, email & desk-side. Management of incidents and requests following agreed standards and procedures. Assisting with hardware, software, network and communications problems. Backups, Active directory and Exchange administration. Security and user role management. To assist with the installation of new hardware as required, network/systems upgrades. To assist with the administration, maintenance and provision of the organisations mobile working and telephone services. The person IT specific qualifications / certifications IT Support experience in a relevant / similar environment. Hardware / Software installations experience / knowledge Self-motivated with an ability to troubleshoot and problem solve Excellent communication and Customer service skills Ideally have drivers license and access to transport (due to site location) Immediate application is highly advisable as my client is seeking to shortlist and interview within the next 14 days.
