The UK & Europe region of AtkinsRéalis are experiencing a period of sustained growth which requires the mobilisation of talent from within the wider organisation into the region. We are therefore seeking to appoint an experienced, motivated and results driven global mobility adviser to help drive success in the region.
Reporting to the Director, Global Mobility, UK&E, this role will support mobilisations into the geographies of the UK & Europe region of AtkinsRéalis. The role is hybrid with time split between Epsom, UK and home working, and will report to and work closely with the Director, Global Mobility. The role will in turn work closely with a mobility operations team based in Bangalore, India to execute successful mobilisations into the region.
The incumbent also will partner closely with global reward colleagues, the India based HR shared services centre (the PeopleHub) as well as the HR teams in the regions to ensure a seamless business and employee experience.
Role Accountabilities:
1. Understand regional business talent strategy, execution plans and challenges.
2. Provide subject matter advice, consultancy & education to business leaders and HR to:
1. Execute sustainable, timely and affordable mobilisations into the region.
2. Support the management of immigration requirements for region: covering both mobilisations, permanent transfers and foreign national hires into the business.
3. Provide market practice and insights to influence business decisions & strategy.
4. Provide global mobility and immigration subject matter expertise and training for HR colleagues and for Line Managers within the business.
5. Working with the mobility operations teams guide and support mobilisations into the regions.
6. Working with the mobility operations teams ensure regional mobility vendors are meeting the needs of the business and assignees.
7. Build trusted relationships with HR, Reward, Tax & Finance & other stakeholders.
8. Provide oversight on individual assignments managing the assignment lifecycle from cost estimate through to repatriation.
9. Key point of contact for assignees in region.
Skills & Attributes:
1. Demonstrable experience in a global mobility and immigration advisory role in the UK & Europe region: particularly the UK, Ireland, France, Germany and Romania.
2. Good commercial understanding.
3. A great communicator with strong networking, presentation and influencing capability.
4. A solid understanding of global and regional mobility programmes, immigration and mobility practices.
5. Project management capability.
6. Digitally savvy with a strong understanding of HR and mobility systems (Equus and Workday experience preferred).
7. Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
8. Experience of working with, managing and leveraging mobility vendors.
9. Demonstrable resilience with the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously in a fast-changing environment.
10. Educated to degree level; CIPD and/or mobility/reward qualifications would be advantageous.

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
