In this position, you will manage an established national sales team and provide strong commercial leadership to the whole business. You will develop a coherent and joined-up business development strategy for all divisions as well as defining an account management programme to ensure maximum return from existing clients.
You will have a background in sales and account management within a logistics-related business. This could be final-mile, parcels, 3PL, or similar.
More important is your ability to galvanise and lead a sales team and work closely with key customers to provide innovative and smart solutions to their challenges, which are changing rapidly.
