Job title: Office Manager/Credit Controller

Are you an experienced Office Team Leader with strong Credit Control skills? Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Rhodium Consulting are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join a fast-paced operation based in Evesham.
The Role
This full-time position (40 hours per week) will see you leading a dedicated Administration Team while reporting to the Operations Management Team. Your expertise in credit control will be vital to ensuring the business runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Administration Team to ensure efficient daily operations
* Oversee the credit control process to ensure prompt debt collection and maintain strong client relationships
* Liaise with customers to resolve invoice queries efficiently
* Process and chase invoices, resolving any discrepancies swiftly
* Manage supplier communications to obtain monthly statements
* Process Proof of Delivery Notes (PODs) and maintain accurate reporting logs
* Order and manage office stationery across the business
* Maintain accurate records of client transactions and communications
* Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
* Assist with general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Your experience
* Proven experience in credit control or similar financial roles
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a small team
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Proficiency in Sage 50 (this is desirablez)
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
* The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
