Job Summary
Location: Newton Abbot
Salary: £27,676 per year (inclusive of shift allowance)
Hours of work: 37.5 per week, 10.00pm – 6am Sunday to Thursday (finishing Friday morning)

The job role:
The processing operative is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment. Join our team at the Heathfield Plant and play a key role in our manufacturing operations while ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are met.
* Operate Attritor Mills and IBC bagging line
* Bagging the ball clay
* Support shredding operations
* Safely operate mobile plant equipment – front end loading shovel & Forklift
* Perform Level 1 maintenance tasks and report equipment faults
* Carry out site cleaning and promote good housekeeping practices
* Follow health and safety guidelines

You will:
* Hold Full and valid UK driving licence
* Possess a Front-end loading shovel or Forklift certificate
* Be from a production background (desirable)
* Understand health and safety in the workplace
* Have the willingness to learn and drive other mobile plant equipment
* Be a team player
* Possess basic numeracy, literacy and IT skills
