The role holder will support the commitment to the trusts five-year plan; your future; our hospital, maintaining the delivery of the five Ps (our patients, our people, our performance, our places, our pounds). The post holder will be willing to work on projects to develop and move aspects of training and development (such as catherisation workshops) forwards by reviewing our progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes where they are needed.
