Operations Manager – Haven Housing Schemes and Intensive Housing Management We have a permanent position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £52,122 pro rata per year, rising to £54,580 pro rata per year after key competencies of the role are met. The role of Operations Manager- Haven Housing Schemes and Intensive Housing Management is pivotal as they are responsible for leading the Housing Services Teams within the Operations Directorate, delivering an efficient and effective service to tenants. The Housing Operations Manager will have the technical knowledge of contract management relating to the Renting Homes Wales Act to manage, support and coach the teams responsible for the service, working with other departments in the Operations Directorate and the wider organisation. To be successful in the role of Operations Manager- Haven Housing Schemes and Intensive Housing Management you will have 3 years previous experience of leading in a team and be educated to Degree level, or equivalent experience in a related subject as well as having skills below: Ability to build meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Ability to influence employees at all levels to drive and implement change. Good analytical skills that can be used to identify trends, trial solutions and measure their effectiveness. Good judgment, using knowledge and experience to make the right decisions. Highly competent problem solver that can provide solutions for complex issues. Inspire, motivate and be a lead person who always strives for excellence and continuous improvement. Resilience when dealing with conflicting demands, knowing when and how to compromise.
