PA to Managing Director
Location: Canary Wharf (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm)
Salary: Up to £45,000
About the Company:
Our client, a fast-growing construction company, is looking to expand their dedicated team by hiring a Personal Assistant to support their Managing Director. Known for their positive team culture and hardworking ethos, they are looking for a professional who can add to their friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide extensive diary management, ensuring time is used efficiently.
2. Coordinate meetings both internally and externally, managing all arrangements.
3. Handle inbox management and prioritise key communications for the Director.
4. Organise domestic and international travel.
5. Prepare various documents, including formatting correspondence, agendas, and presentations.
6. Attend meetings and take minutes when required.
7. Administer monthly expenses.
About You:
1. Minimum of two years’ experience as a PA supporting a senior executive.
2. Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
3. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
4. Proven experience working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
5. Background in construction is a plus but not essential.
