Job summary This is an exciting opportunity for a Paediatric Postgraduate Teaching Fellow to develop paediatric education resources at Whittington Health NHS Trust and to work across the sector with our new Integrated Care System (ICS) - North London Partners. This is a post with the aim of providing training in clinical paediatrics and education. The appointee will also gain experience of education transformation across the ICS. It is an opportunity for a trainee who wishes to take some time out of full-time clinical training to develop themselves as an educator and to learn about systems transformation in the NHS. Main duties of the job This is a 1-year post. The appointee will spend 60% (0.6WTE) of their time in non-clinical work and 40% (0.4 WTE) in clinical training, with no out of hours commitments. Of the non clinical work, 20% of this will be focused on undergraduate teaching, while 40% will be on post graduate teaching. They will be encouraged to develop cross trust education and training in the North London sector.
