Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a charity that is growing rapidly and requires someone to join their team who can work at pace.
The Role
As the Executive Assistant to both the Chief Executive (CEO) and the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be instrumental in supporting them to achieve the charity's objectives, whilst also providing crucial support to the Board of Directors and the Senior Management Team (SMT). You will play a key role in managing day-to-day planning and coordinating activities across the organisation, ensuring seamless operation and high standards of service.
Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Providing confidential, accurate, and efficient administrative support to the CEO & COO, including managing internal and external communications.
* Acting as secretariat to the Board of Directors, including managing the agenda, circulating documentation, and taking minutes for Board meetings.
* Managing the efficient running of the office, delivering high standards of service to the Board, SMT, staff, and members.
* Coordinating all meetings and diary commitments, including arranging travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
* Supporting the production of reports, papers, and other documentation on behalf of the CEO and COO.
* Leading the administration of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Job Criteria - Essential:
* Experience in senior staff support and office administration.
* Proven track record of managing effective administrative systems and processes.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with people at all levels.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of minute taking.
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage time-critical tasks.
Job Criteria - Desirable:
* PA/EA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role.
* Experience working in small to medium-sized organisations in the sport, charitable, or not-for-profit sectors.
