Teaching Assistant Flexible Working Term 6 start Experience within a school is required Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant? Here at Long Term Teachers, we are currently working with a range of Primary Schools in the Bristol area. We have seen a high demand in Teaching Assistants over the past few weeks leading up to Christmas, and from January, there are a number of Long-Term positions available. From Term 6, you could be working in a Primary School as a general or 1:1 support Teaching Assistant throughout EYFS, KS1 or KS2. Depending on your experience and your preferences, we may have the perfect role for you. The Role Working with children in a Primary school setting, you must be a nurturing, caring and patient individual who is able to work with children in a group and 1 to 1 basis. These roles are to start from June, but you have the flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours. You will be expected to: Work collaboratively with the class teacher to identify how to provide additional support to individuals. Provide general support throughout the classroom with all pupils. Working with the class teacher to deliver structured and adaptable interventions. Support behaviour management inside and outside the classroom. Be adaptable and flexible around the classrooms.
