Reed is currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a reputable school in Northwich. This role involves working with children aged between 4 and 14 who have autism and communication difficulties. The role requires someone with patience and a passion for helping SEN students and ideally can teach a range of subjects like Maths, English, and Science to atleast upper KS2 level. The role is temporary with potential to be permanent for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and address their unique learning challenges. Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to each child's education. Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary. Provide emotional and behavioral support to students, promoting their social and emotional well-being. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with children with autism and communication difficulties. Strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
