You will lead on the development, delivery and evaluation of the University international recruitment strategy, working closely with colleagues across Departments and Faculties and contributing to our international strategy for growth and diversification. Managing a team of 17 recruitment professionals, you will have responsibility for: developing, implementing and evaluating an international recruitment strategy for the University's suite of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes: building strong collaborative networks with internal stakeholders to ensure an integrated and coordinated approach to recruitment activity; motivating and supporting members of the team to achieve ambitious targets, including colleagues based overseas; providing regular updates, reports and insights to relevant committees, central and Faculty/School marketing teams and senior management throughout the cycle. About you This role is pivotal in delivering a key element of the University’s vision and strategy. The successful candidate will be strategic, innovative and data-driven, with the ability to identify new opportunities. You will be an experienced leader, with relevant and demonstrable experience in international student recruitment in a HE context and a track record of success and achieving targets. Excellent team leadership, management and influencing skills, together with the ability to work with and motivate other University teams to achieve international goals are critical.
