Practicus are partnering with a Southwest based NHS organisation that are urgently seeking a Quality & Risk System Transition Manager.
PURPOSE – You will use your skills as a seasoned Quality & Risk professional to support the transition of the system from Datix into a new platform backing the ongoing maintenance work for Datix and development of the risk management module. As part of the Radar Programme team the role will require flexibility and agility within the context of an innovative and agile work programme during a time of significant change.
THE DIFFERENCE- You will get an opportunity to make a difference during this complex transition by coming up with an action plan in Datix for risk register module, developing Datix reporting and interfaces. The role emphasises specialised support for risk management and reporting integration.
THE ROLE IS BOTH INTERESTING AND CHALLENGING due to its critical involvement in supporting the transition of the Patient Safety Incident System from Datix to Radar, ensuring seamless continuity of essential services. It offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Head of Patient Safety and other stakeholders to maintain robust system functionality, close and archive legacy incidents, and maintain data quality throughout and after the transition.
TO DELIVER THIS we will require an experienced Quality/Risk Manager with Datix and Power BI experience; someone who can handle challenges and demands with a passion for delivering change and the ability to influence and overcome problems. You must have a collaborative and inclusive way of working with the ability to engage at all levels.
WHY WORK WITH PRACTICUS? We’ve been supporting the NHS with the provision of senior interims since 2004. We care about what we do as much as you care about what you do.
