A growing construction business in Blackburn is looking to recruit a Finance / Office Manager to support their owner / MD.
Since winning a number of new contracts, the Managing Director now wants to concentrate on growing the business and winning further business.
This role will suit an experienced Finance Manager who is used to working in a SME environment and can turn their hand to all aspects of running a business.
Primarily duties will include:
1. Administration of the accounts department including inputting invoices, allocating payments, bank reconciliations, completing VAT returns, and end of month processes.
2. Working alongside the external Accountants.
The successful candidate will need to show ambition, initiative, and discretion, as well as having the ability to work well with customers and other departments within the company.
