We currently have the following opportunity: Campus Management Assistant (Fixed Term until 14 August 2026) - PKC12375 £25,096 - £26,447 Breadalbane Academy, Aberfeldy An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven member of staff to join our Business Support Team In this role you will support the Senior Management Team and staff of the Campus and school by providing a professional and customer-focused administration service. You will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with a polite, friendly, professional manner and proven clerical and customer service skills. The Campus is open 7am – 9:30pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 3:30pm at weekends. The successful candidate will be required to work a shift pattern including daytime, evening, and some weekend work. Skills & Experience Required Applicants will have excellent oral and written communication skills and will work effectively in partnership with our pupils, parents, staff, and other professionals to promote learning and wellbeing. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate previous experience of an administrative role and will meet the requirements below: Knowledge & Experience ICT experience in use of Microsoft Office packages. Cash handling experience. Ideally have a working knowledge of Integra, SEEMIS and PECOS; however, training will be available if required Customer Care Experience of working with the public and excellent customer service skills. Ability to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive manner. Health & Safety Have an awareness of basic Health and Safety issues. Communications Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Maintain confidentiality at all times. Flexibility Ideally you will be willing to be involved in school community life and school events/projects. Must be available for shift working within the campus opening hours – in particular weekend working. Team Working Ability to work as part of a team, taking direction and working on own initiative. Ability to adapt to change. Decision Making & Problem Solving Ability to implement policies and procedures. Experience of solution focussed situations. Additional Requirements Excellent time management and ability to meet regular deadlines. You will be expected to contribute to an effective and efficient community campus. Good personal presentation.
