One of our schools are looking for a LSA (Learning Support Assistant) to help support in Nelson (BB9) East Lancashire. This school are needing extra staff to help support the children either in a 1:1 setting or small groups. Start date: January 2025 About the role: Provide one-on-one and group support to students with ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition). Assist with classroom activities and help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support student development. Be a source of motivation, encouragement, and positivity for your students.
