Academics are looking for a PA (Personal Assistant) to work closely with the school's headteacher. Your role will be to support the headteacher in successfully and effectively running the school through a series of various tasks. This long-term role starts on the 4th November 2024, and will run until the end of the 2024/25 academic year. If both parties are happy, the school will be looking to take you on a permanent contact for the 2025/26 academic year (if not before). Roles and Responsibilities (PA to the Headteacher): Oversee the management of the headteachers diary, handling communications (e.g., calls, emails, post), organising travel and hotel arrangement, liaising with external stakeholders (e.g., parents, agencies). Proactively chase specific information needed from senior leaders and staff. Manage the headteachers schedule to ensure a smooth operation of the school, and efficient use of the headteachers time. Discreetly handle confidential and sensitive information.
