We are currently recruiting a Change Manager to support our UK operations, particularly within the Defence sector. As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the change process across a portfolio of works, ensuring successful project delivery through all stages of the lifecycle—from tender and design to delivery, testing, and commissioning. Your expertise will directly support the assurance, monitoring, and development of project resource needs across a range of high-profile construction and infrastructure projects. About You What We Are Looking For This role involves working alongside clients on cutting-edge projects, representing Gleeds in high-impact ventures. We are looking for experienced professionals who thrive in collaborative environments, communicate effectively, and excel at building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Previous experience in change management within the construction or engineering sectors. Extensive experience in major construction projects, with nuclear, civil engineering, or service contracting experience being highly desirable. Working knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts. Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, P6, MSP, and CEMAR. HNC, HND, or degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Change Management or Engineering). Professional qualifications or membership with recognised bodies (e.g., APM, AcostE) are desirable and will be supported if not already attained.
