The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to focus on placing mid to senior sales professionals within the engineering/technical markets globally. Your responsibilities will include: Championing Mercury Hamptons comprehensive service offerings, from behavioural profiling to performance solutions. Building and developing relationships with decision-makers, likely Sales Directors and Managing Directors and HR Leaders within the engineering and technical markets. Winning new vacancies and organising candidate interviews. Using cutting-edge technology and automation tools to enhance efficiency. Managing and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates. Negotiating and closing deals. Overseeing a portfolio of strategic accounts. Driving revenue through cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in 360 recruitment, executive search, recruitment delivery, or a sales-related field; were open to candidates changing markets and will consider recruiters from different backgrounds such as Finance, IT, Legal, Marketing, Engineering etc. A consultative, solution-driven approach to client management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate at senior level. Ambitious, results-driven, and committed to excellence. Strong understanding of business structures and operations. Self-motivated with solid all-around recruitment skills. Ability to engage confidently with senior-level clients and candidates.
