BRAND ASSISTANT | HIGH WYCOMBE We’re looking for a fabulous Brand Assistant to join our Brand team and play a key role in everything from campaign creation to photoshoots as well as managing the briefing process and social media scheduling. You’ll be a brand guardian, keeping on top of consumer trends and competitor activity, and providing vital day-to-day support to the brand function. What You’ll Do Be the first port of call for creative briefs, uploading them to the in-house system accurately and on time as well as liaising with briefers and designers to ensure smooth delivery of projects. Assisting the social media team by copywriting posts and scheduling them on Hootsuite based off the monthly content planner. Supporting with competitions, including picking the winners, contacting them and sending out prizes Assist with ensuring the Perfume Shop’s brand is consistently adhered to and brand assets are available and shared with throughout the business Keep the Customer Planner up to date, ensuring this is accurate and shared with the relevant team members. Work collaboratively with internal and external teams, including production and media agencies, to successfully deliver projects and the day-to-day tasks Organise photo/video shoot dates, products and props and assist on set What You’ll Bring Previous experience of having worked in the retail industry or in a similar role Experience using content, briefing or social media management tools is a plus Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing Have a passion for all things Marketing Are a team-player with a can-do attitude Are a people-person who thrives when collaborating with different teams/people Love social media and have experience using channels What You’ll Gain 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with the option to buy additional days.
