Management: Strategic and daily oversight of the home's operations. Staff Development: Lead, mentor, and train staff to achieve QCF Level 3 qualifications. Financial Management: Oversee budgets and ensure the financial health of the home. Safeguarding: Champion the welfare and safeguarding of all children and young people. Requirements : Experience: At least 3 years in a senior role within children's services. Qualifications: Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent. Working towards or have achieved Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People). Knowledge: Proficient understanding of children's legislation and safeguarding.
