The Role:
We are seeking a technical Project Manager with experience in managing complex projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Your focus will be on delivering results and driving meaningful change across multiple simultaneous ecommerce projects.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to managing workload. You will demonstrate the ability to matrix-manage project teams with strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from Project Sponsors to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
You’ll mentor and support colleagues through departmental transitions, clearly presenting ideas and guiding teams successfully through complex processes and change. There will also be the opportunity to work with the wider Business Change team to support the delivery of other smaller change initiatives in other areas of the business.
Essential Skills:
* PRINCE2 or a similar recognised qualification
* Degree level education or equivalent experience
* Strong knowledge of project management best practices (PRINCE2/Agile)
* An understanding of business change, software development, infrastructure, and application implementation
* Proficiency in MS Office, including SharePoint, Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
