Key Responsibilities:
Source and procure high-quality materials and services in line with project specifications.
Build strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive prices and ensure timely deliveries.
Manage procurement budgets and monitor costs across multiple projects.
Collaborate closely with project teams to meet deadlines and maintain the highest standards.
Requirements:
2-3 years previous experience as a Buyer in the high-end residential or construction sector.
Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of luxury materials and bespoke finishes is a plus.
