This apprenticeship has multiple roles which sit in two areas of the business. The first is based within our Customer Connections Team, responsible for connecting customers to the electricity transmission network. The second is in Infrastructure, Development and Delivery (IDD), accountable for the design, development, and delivery of major new infrastructure projects.
As a CE Higher Apprentice, you can expect to be involved in the following activities:
* Support the development and costing for less complex customer connection investment.
* Develop a range of costed delivery programme options for each project.
* Drive customer and stakeholder satisfaction through positive engagement.
* Support the investment process for a portfolio of less complex customer investments.
* Manage key stakeholders to ensure timely input and agreement.
* Develop optimal and safe solutions in line with regulations.
* Undertake site assessments and support various project activities.
* Produce all required project documentation.
* Monitor and control the investment process.
* Enact the role of Client's Delegated Representative when appropriate.
Location: The role will be based in our Warwick office with flexible, hybrid working.
About you
* You will need to have a GCSE in English Language AND in Math at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent).
* 2 A levels / A2: Grades A* - C (including Math) OR Level 3 BTEC National Certificate or T-level in an Engineering discipline at Grade Merit or Distinction.
You don’t need prior work experience; determination and the will to succeed are essential as we will teach you everything you need to know.
