Join our experts and you'll be involved in multi-disciplinary teams for the planning, science, engineering, and implementation of all types of ports projects including container, ro-ro and energy terminals in locations such as the US and Canada, The Bahamas, Dominican Republic and Senegal, as well as the UK. Specialist areas include metocean and hydrodynamic investigations, port masterplanning, feasibility assessments and FEED, to detailed design, D&B, construction documentation and site supervision. We are pioneering the use of digital, carbon and positive social outcomes appraisal to provide clients with optimum solutions. As a leading and recognised industry professional and a key member of the PCO team, you will have a significant input and influence on our maritime portfolio by achieving successful outcomes. You will lead the commercial direction of our projects, including contractual issues, risk, resourcing, programming, cost, collaboration, commercial matters and ensuring our clients' development expectations are exceeded. You will contribute to business development initiatives to facilitate further growth of our Accounts. You will be supported to develop your career aspirations and you'll also mentor other members of the PCO team to help progress their development. You will be chartered through a relevant professional institution and be able to demonstrate your experience in successfully delivering significant ports projects using innovative and digitally driven techniques. Due to the nature of our work, you will be willing to travel overseas for project assignments when required.
