I am looking for a Health And Safety Manager for a rail project in Birmingham.
My client is one of the UK's top reinforced concrete structures specialists, focusing on commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects. With a secured turnover of over £120 million per annum, they are growing year on year.
The award of several major schemes in the Midlands has created the need for a new health and safety professional within the business.
My client is looking for someone with an RC subcontracting background, and there is a basic salary of around £(Apply online only) per day with room for negotiation.
Alternatively, a Civil Engineering contracting background - including excavation, drainage, pile caps, etc. - is also very relevant.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known and respected name in the industry at a senior operational level on one of their key projects, which is a structures and Civil Engineering package for Network Rail.
The ideal candidate will be NEBOSH qualified, hold the CSCS Safety Manager card, and be able to work closely with the main contractor/client, chairing meetings, and managing day-to-day liaison, reporting, and compliance documentation.
I have worked with this contractor for many years and can state that you will be trusted to make your own decisions while being provided with full support and all the tools required to be successful.
Please contact me directly for further information on this and other opportunities that may suit your skills, experience, and aspirations.
