The Senior Account Executive, Client Engagement role is a customer oriented professional with a strong results-driven approach. The overarching goal of the account executive role is to manage and curate relationships and opportunities with existing clients and build them into long-term profitable ones.
The Senior Account Executive, Client Engagement will be responsible for the following:
Client & vendor management
* Participation in client communications via email or calls, as required
* Good understanding of processes across the team, including fulfilment and translations
* Demonstrating high attention to details and produce high quality materials both for external and internal stakeholders
Project Management
* Production of agendas, minutes and reports in the defined time frame
* Support end-to end completion of projects from study start up to study close down including documentation
* Track timelines ensuring adherence
* Assist study lead with generating study/program KPIs
* Understanding of a study risk assessment
* Master English/Artwork QC as required for the tactics included in scope
Profitability management
* Budget management including but not limited to;
* Inputting into client invoicing
* Obtaining vendor quotes
* Creating task orders
* Approving pass through invoices
Problem solving
* Support in review of copy ensuring compliance to all necessary regulatory/client and internal requirements
* Effectively research potential sources of information/data and provide findings to internal study teams

Key Skills/Attributes/Education
Desired:
* Degree or higher in a biological science, or experience in materials development for patient recruitment, clinical research or health communications, or relevant marketing/design experience
* Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and oral
* Ability to multitask, managing a variety of projects simultaneously, and experience working with numerous stakeholders on multi projects
* Proficient in Google Workspace is desirable but not essential
