What We’re Looking For
* Age Requirement: You must be over 21 years old to apply.
* Driver’s License & Vehicle: A full driving license with continuous access to your own car is essential, along with valid insurance and MOT.
* Sales & Customer Service Experience: A strong background in sales and customer service is key to success in this role.
* Target-Driven Mindset: Previous experience working in a target-based environment and a drive to exceed goals.
* Personable & Engaging: A natural people-person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Self-Motivated & Independent: You thrive working autonomously, staying driven and proactive without constant supervision.
* Relationship Builder: Ability to quickly establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
* Detail-Oriented & Reliable: Punctuality and accuracy in timekeeping and data reporting are critical for this role.
