Partner with the best The MRP and Production Control Team Leader will coordinate and lead the team of MRP Planners and Production Controllers across the globe. They will ensure seamless flow of materials (from suppliers and within departments) according to production schedules. Lead the team to ensure material/production needs are met in line with the plans. Develops an operational year plan for the supply chain activities. Delivers improvements in products, processes, and procedures. As a MRP and Production Control Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Leading the team of MRP Planners and Production Controllers across the globe. Ensuring Material Planning KPIs are consistently achieved and improved. Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and execution requirements. Managing material planning, processes and systems, preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs. Optimising inventory and process improvements. Leading materials execution strategy within the product line. Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Handling standardised manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with strong experience in Manufacturing). Have proven experience in Materials Planning and Execution. Have or be willing to acquire APICS CPIM qualification.
