Description
You will have full responsibility for leading the end-to-end process for all leadership, management and support services vacancies across the business. You will engage with key stakeholders and hiring managers creating an action plan to ensure all vacancies are filled. You will have recruitment experience and thrive in a candidate-led, high-value market. You know how to manage longer hiring processes, engage passive talent, and balance multiple vacancies at once. You’re comfortable building strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on all recruitment activity for leadership, management and support roles across the business.
* Deploy effective techniques using all talent attraction tools such as Linked In, Indeed and other candidate sourcing tools.
* Attend meetings to update on recruitment progress, create action plans, updating key stakeholders and hiring managers as appropriate.
* Attend Job Fairs/Shows and other third-party providers as required to develop the Esland employer brand.
* Conduct pro active headhunt activities to ensure Esland taps into the passive candidate market, creating a pipeline to support our growth plans.
* Play a hands-on role in recruitment, screening candidates, arranging interviews with Hiring Managers, and supporting a robust onboarding process as required.
* Ensure the ATS is always updated to be the one source of management information for Recruitment.
* Build great relationships with colleagues throughout the organisation, ensuring that they receive the information and updates that they need and that process responsibilities are clear and maintained embedding one point of contact approach and to deliver results together.
* Ensure 85% of hires are direct hires through internal attraction methods, minimising agency usage
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· Experience of leading recruiting processes for leadership, management and support roles (such as finance, human resources, business development etc)
· Demonstratable headhunting skills using Linked In and other talent sourcing tools to attract great talent
· A strong performance and results focus
· The ability to quickly build effective working relationships at all levels in the organisation and be a great team player
· Competent user of Applicant Tracking Systems
· Proactive, positive and resilient
· Fantastic organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously when required
· Excellent communication skills with the confidence to manage and anticipate expectations
· A positive and proactive outlook to changing requirements
· Self-motivated and results driven
· Tact and diplomacy when dealing with difficult or sensitive situations
· Experience of working with sensitive or confidential information
· Confident with all IT packages
· Friendly and enthusiastic, with a willingness to get involved.
Desirable:
· A sound understanding of the Safer Recruitment Guidelines
· Experience of using a wide variety of selection tools to support effective recruitment and retention
