Your new employer were established in 2021, starting a new phase in a proud history of social housing in Bristol and the surrounding areas. Your new company are responsible for greater investment in existing and new homes in the city, currently managing and maintaining 3,300 homes. Your new roleThe overall purpose of your role involves the provision of leadership and management of the strategic delivery of asset management, leading on ensuring that all maintenance activity is carried out and completed efficiently in a timely manner and to the required quality. As part of your role, you will work with the Homes Director to further develop and implement asset management strategies, ensuring that customers have great homes that are fit for the future. Specific responsibilities include:
1. Deliver against agreed business objectives and strategic plans with strong and positive communications.
2. Be an ambassador for the association, representing the association and creating a positive impression with all external stakeholders.
3. Responding to a challenging external environment, exploring new opportunities and evolving internal priorities.
4. Promote high performance and cross-team working both within the association and for external partners.
