• Be a part of our outstanding pastoral team, helping pupils and families remove barriers to learning
• Support our Designated Safeguarding Lead with ensuring the safety and nurture of our pupils, using CPOMS
• Support our school with planning and developing appropriate play over lunchtimes using the OPAL programme, to enhance positive social interactions throughout the whole school day
• Be caring and supportive and have a good understanding of the issues our young people encounter
• Be committed to achieving best outcomes for our students
