Key Responsibilities: Provide support to students with a variety of learning needs in both individual and group settings Assist with the delivery of lessons and classroom activities under the guidance of the class teacher Help students develop academic, social, and emotional skills Foster an inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported Help students with personal care or mobility needs when required Contribute to planning and preparing learning resources to support teaching and learning We Are Looking For Someone Who: Has a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development Is patient, adaptable, and able to motivate students Has experience working with children (experience with SEN or additional needs is desirable but not essential) Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team Holds or is willing to work towards relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent) Has excellent communication skills and a caring approach All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
