We are looking to recruit a 'Trainer for our Business Administrator Apprenticeships, to support our growing Apprenticeship programme.
The Trainer for the business administrator Apprenticeships will:
* Carry out onsite visits across Buckinghamshire to measure and review apprentices' progress and competency.
* Pass on their up to date vocational knowledge, skills and expertise to apprentices in the classroom and the apprentices work setting, so that apprentices develop the best employability, life and learning skills.
* Promote and discuss additional training, qualifications, and courses with employers to be included in their apprentice's training plan to improve their contribution to the workplace.
* Use industry experience to develop and support our apprenticeship students' educational journey.
* To positively engage with employers, to ensure a positive apprenticeship experience for our learners.
Working 18.5 hours per week / 52 weeks per year the successful candidates will be based at our Aylesbury Campuses and will travel around Buckinghamshire to support our apprenticeship students reach their full potential.
Salary - Up to £34,500
