HR BUSINESS PARTNER6 MONTH CONTRACTHYBRID WITH 2-3 DAYS ONSITE IN RUGBY We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join HR Team, operating within a complex matrix organisation The HR professional will need to bring a depth of expertise in organisational design, strategic HR management, and employee relations Technical skills and experience: A proven track record of providing HR support at all levels. Experience of operating in a unionised environment and/or with staff councils / employee forums. A proven track record of managing complex employee relation issues. A sound knowledge of current employment law. Experience with Google mail, sheets, slides etc preferred Experience with excel required - pivot tables, budget experience for forecasting, metrics and data Organisation Change experience Used to grievances, redundancies, disciplinaries. Qualifications: CIPD qualified. Educated to degree level (preferred)
