About the Role Level: 2 Location: Leicester Department: Investment Management Contract: Fixed term Contract 3 months We are looking to recruit a hardworking, diligent individual with an active interest in the industry and a desire to provide our clients with a high level of personal service. This role will be assisting two senior Investment Managers, and a Trainee Investment Manager, whilst working within a wider team of 13 colleagues. This is a key administrative position and the successful applicant with play an integral role in supporting a busy team in the management and development of their growing client base. The individual will report to the two senior Investment Managers and the Team's Head of office. We will provide full training for the role; our Investment Adviser and Trainee Investment Manager will be on hand to guide you through this. You will be responsible for responding to administrative client queries by phone, letter or email. You will need to be able to draft general correspondence using templates and ensure all worked is saved correctly on behalf of the team, in a compliant manner. You will be issuing valuations and tax reports and providing application paperwork when requested. You will be working very closely with our clients and their agents to provide the best service with information and reports regarding their portfolio, which necessitates close relationship building with our stakeholders whether that be internally or externally. You will therefore need to have a pleasant and personable manner, able to get on with a variety of clients. About You Ideally you will have experience in a similar role as an Investment Administrator within Wealth or Investment Management, however this is not essential But you must have previous administration or secretarial experience. To be successful in this role you'll be an independent worker and thinker. You have an interest in financial services or have a good understanding of our financial services where you can utilise your knowledge and experience within investment management. A good level of communication skills is required. If you have a Financial Qualification such as QFA, experience within financial services is beneficial.
