Smileworks is Liverpool's most popular dental and medical aesthetics practice. We are looking for an amazing person to join our expanding team!
Our Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of our business. They are the team which guides our patients through their journey with us and provides a high level of care and attention to detail to every aspect of their job. Our Treatment coordinators are stellar at sales and lead management.
A brief description of what a typical day looks like:
* We can see up to 80 patients in a day
* We receive on average 50 inbound calls a day and place a further 80 outbound
* Respond to an average of 40 emails across 4 different email accounts.
* Schedule all of our appointments for 25 clinicians
* CRM system management
* Multiple platform diary management
* Manage patients entire treatment plan from end to end.
* Take multiple methods of patients and set up finance applications on behalf of patients.
* Auditing
* Follow up on leads of facial aesthetic courses
* Follow up ongoing enquiries
* Manage facial aesthetic courses (organise relevant machines and materials, take payments)
* Keep up to date on in-depth dental knowledge in order to better serve existing patients in their journey
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has experience in a treatment coordinator role in a dental practice and is a strong communicator and salesperson. The position is demanding and sales-driven. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, confident and has a strong yet polished telephone manner.
A brief description of skills and traits you should possess:
* Excellent customer service skills with a background and experience in high end service delivery
* Be well presented and articulate, with great written and spoken communication skills
* Computer literate, we use Macs (and we love a good spreadsheet!)
* Fast thinking and good at solving problems
* Logical and level headed in a fast paced environment
* Organised and highly motivated with an eye for detail
* Proactive and a great team player that wants to do well
* Know how to manage and deal with complaints
* Cash handling experience
* Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
* A confident salesperson and proficient communicator
* Personal time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure

Salary: From £14.50 per hour
Schedule:
* 10 hour shift
* 12 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
* Occasional weekend availability (maximum 1 in 4)
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Liverpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
