Robert Half are working with a dynamic and growing organisation who are seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to support its global operations. This role offers the opportunity to work with international manufacturing, assembly, and product testing partners, ensuring efficient supply chain and logistics management. The position involves overseeing client orders, production planning, and procurement processes while managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods. A strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and international trade processes will be highly beneficial. This is a permanent role, based in Abingdon. Key Responsibilities Overseeing end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations. Supporting client-specific production planning. Managing product production processes using ERP systems. Handling general logistics operations, including returns. Assisting with inventory and production reporting. Ensuring operational and production KPI targets are met. Supporting supplier relationship management. Key Skills & Experience Essential: Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including purchasing, logistics, and planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently. Desirable: Membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Previous experience in manufacturing.
