Our client, a well-established third sector organisation, is recruiting a new People Partner into their growing team.
They are seeking a HR professional who is passionate about people and enjoys working in a team focused on developing a first-class HR offering for its dedicated workforce. The role will report into a Head of People and work alongside another People Partner, supported by 2 HR Assistants - with plans to develop the team further.
As People Partner, your role will involve developing close working relationships with the managers and employees, assisting and providing advice and support where required, with the aim of ensuring staff feel informed, engaged, and developed. This is a hands-on role, with an evolving HR function, and as a result, you will be actively involved in all aspects of the day-to-day HR function. This role will also include the opportunity to get involved in system and process improvements, which in turn will further enhance the HR offering.
This is a superb opportunity to join an organisation that prides itself on uncompromisingly putting those they work with first. This role would suit someone who has already gained proven HR skills and is now seeking a role in which they can make a difference not just internally but to the success of the work carried out by this charity, one that literally changes people's lives for the better.
The organization works flexibly with a hybrid approach; there are locations across South Wales, and this role will be based out of the Blackwood office.
