As a Master Data Administrator, you’ll take on the responsibility of maintaining and supporting Master Data, ensuring its accuracy and compliance. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate master data setup and validations, ensuring data quality and integrity. Execute changes to master data, such as creating, modifying, deleting, or extending records, based on approved business requirements. Assist with ongoing and periodic maintenance of master data to ensure compliance with Calor’s policies and data retention standards. Conduct system data cleansing to remove old, unused, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access. Address and resolve master data issues in a timely and efficient manner, raising risks when necessary. Support change requests affecting master data in development systems, ensuring alignment between master data rules and business operations. What We’re Looking For: Solid experience in data entry and maintenance, ideally with master data. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work with accuracy. Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively. Experience with business-critical data in ERP, CRM, or similar systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Desirable Skills: Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM). Experience working with SAP ERP. Familiarity with SQL or experience in using SQL for data management and analysis would be advantageous.
