The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our online brand identity, driving engagement, and supporting both our Head Office and network of offices across the UK. Caremark Ltd is a wholly UK-owned and operated home care franchise with an established and successful UK-based network. Responsibilities Drive Caremark’s Digital Presence: Develop and implement effective digital strategies to increase brand awareness and online visibility. Website Management: Oversee the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimisation of the Caremark website to ensure a seamless user experience and high performance. SEO Optimisation: Lead SEO efforts for both the Head Office and our network of offices to improve search rankings and drive targeted traffic. Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging organic content across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the Caremark brand voice. Content Generation: Produce high-quality, relevant, and engaging content, including blogs, graphics, and videos, to support campaigns and enhance audience engagement. Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on digital performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making. Management of the relationship with Caremark’s external web development agency. Experience Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies. Proficiency in website management, (WordPress would be an advantage). Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content creation tools. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
